Privacy Policy
Last updated: 8 September 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how ChatGPT Learn handles information when you visit chatgptlearn.com. It describes the public Site as it currently operates.
1. Information handled
- Technical data: hosting systems may record IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, referring pages, and security or error logs.
- Analytics and advertising data: Google Analytics and Google AdSense may use cookies or similar technologies to measure visits, understand usage, prevent fraud, and provide or measure advertising.
- Messages you send: if you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the information included in your message.
2. Accounts, payments, and newsletter
The public Site currently does not provide user registration, course enrollment accounts, payment processing, or a functioning newsletter subscription. We therefore do not currently collect account credentials, course-progress records, or payment-card data through the public Site. This policy will be updated before those features are introduced.
3. Prompt practice tools
The current Prompt Tester, Prompt Improver, Prompt Formatter, and Role Simulator are browser-based learning simulations. Their example generation runs in your browser and does not send prompt text to an AI model or OpenAI API. Avoid entering confidential or sensitive information into any online tool.
4. How information is used
Information may be used to:
- deliver, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Site;
- understand aggregate traffic and content usage;
- measure or provide advertising and prevent invalid traffic;
- respond to support, legal, or business messages;
- comply with law and protect users, the Site, and third parties.
5. Cookies and third parties
The Site may set essential session or security cookies. Google and other third-party services may set or read cookies according to their own policies. You can control cookies through your browser and advertising preferences; blocking them may affect some features. Third-party services currently used may include hosting and CDN providers, Google Analytics, Google AdSense, Google Fonts, jsDelivr, and unpkg.
6. Sharing and retention
We may share limited information with service providers that operate, secure, analyze, or monetize the Site, or when required by law. We do not claim to sell personal information directly. Service providers may process data under their own terms. Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, legal obligations, security, and dispute resolution.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Do not send passwords, payment details, health information, confidential business material, or other highly sensitive data through ordinary email.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or information about handling of your personal data. You may also control cookies through browser settings and advertising preferences. Contact us to make a privacy request; we may need to verify it before responding.
9. Children and external links
The Site is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children. External links are governed by the destination service's privacy practices, not this policy.
10. Updates and contact
We may revise this policy as the Site changes. For privacy questions or requests, email support@chatgptlearn.com or legal@doozymonk.com.
This policy is a factual operational baseline and should be reviewed by qualified counsel when accounts, payments, subscriptions, personalized advertising, or additional data-processing features are introduced.
